Digitizing internal qualification – this is the strategic challenge that Technotrans is taking on together with IM|S.
Technotrans is taking a combined approach here: digitizing all training events and also exploiting the possibilities of introducing online training. In this way, all options can be combined into blended learning paths.
Regular certification of employees is an obligation of the company and is also mapped via hiveQ. In their personal dashboard, supervisors always keep track of qualification expenditures for employees.
To make the learning experience as easy as possible, the online learning campus is integrated into Technotrans’ IT infrastructure. Standard and individual interfaces are used to transfer data to the Campus and Technotrans’ IT world.

To ensure the easiest possible entry into the world of digital learning, IM|S supported the entire rollout and implementation process with a variety of services. From consulting in the area of learning media creation with didactic checks to weekly support for configuration and administration – the customer can individually draw on the IM|S portfolio.
