The virtual Learning Campus www.powertool-portal.com for craftsmen, DIYer’s and trade is the largest interactive knowledge portal on power tools. The database offers information on everything from battery technology, equipment and accessories to gardening, woodworking, stonework and surface treatment, as well as sales tips and training.
The content is offered in a variety of formats – as animations, simulations, interactions, videos, presentations or print media – and is available to users around the clock.
Interactive learning programmes give users the opportunity to check their own learning success. The tried-and-tested encyclopedia of power tools is also available there in digital form. A large number of practical application tips enable even inexperienced people to get started with handicraft work.
The Bosch Learning Campus has an international focus and is therefore available in 25 languages.
Professional search functions for service staff
In addition to end users, Bosch Powertools Customer Service is also active on the Learning Campus. Service employees have access to thousands of product documentations and repair instructions in a specially created area with exclusive access. The integrated professional search functions are important for finding the right documents quickly and easily. These search functions were developed together with Bosch Powertools and integrated into the Powertools Learning Campus.
